Here’s my Story:
My nightmare with food obsession, bulimia and binge eating began when I was 12 years old. I thought I was "too fat," so I started my first diet. When I lost weight I was hooked. By the time I was 16, the dieting had become extreme. I measured everything I ate, and I exercised excessively. It didn’t matter that I only ate one meal a day, or that I lost my period, most of the feedback I got was that I “looked great.” I even started modeling.  On the one hand I was flattered, but on the other I was devastated. I knew I couldn’t keep it up for long…and I was right.

A year later the bulimia began. I still dieted all week, but on the weekends I’d binge and  consume several days worth of food in one sitting. The pain of fullness and fear of weight gain were overwhelming, so I threw up.  Over time, these binges became more and more frequent. Eventually I was binging and purging every single day.


I had to take a year off of school, I was fired from several jobs for erratic behavior, and I ran up thousands in credit card debt paying for binge food. I was a slave to bulimia and my entire life was consumed by feeding it. This cycle of restricting, binging and purging, dominated my life for over 12 years.

When traditional treatments didn't help me, I became hell-bent on recovering so that I could help others. I devoured every psychology, neuroscience, and personal development book I could get my hands on working to better understand human behavior. I discovered why I kept those destructive eating behaviors around even though I “knew better.”  I tested hundreds of tools and techniques on myself.  This program was created so that you can recover MUCH more quickly than I did. You don't have to go through the trial & error I went through!
